Surviving Your Serengeti was a New York Bestselling Business book in 2011. I was the ghost writer for this book, utilizing compelling story-telling skills to take the author’s concept from the all-important first draft to published book. I worked with the author in developing all marketing materials and conference presentation material. Each year, T3 Sixty invests hundreds of hours of research and analysis to create the 200-page report. I was contracted to research, write and deliver the Commercial Real Estate ALERT (Analysis of the Latest Emerging Risks and Trends). The 128-page report provides an assessment on the capital markets, technology, crowdfunding, e-commerce, demographics, sustainability and the impact of the new president and the potential changes to regulations. I was the sole researcher, writer and project manager for this report for publishing. I served as managing editor and project manger for all of The Real Estate Confronts Series of white papers, was were published from 1997 to 2014. In addition, I edited and re-wrote the original drafts of multiple free lance writers into “one corporate voice” and served as ghost writer for a number of papers. The Definitive Analysis of Negative Game-changers Emerging in Real Estate has become one of the most widely read and referenced reports in the real estate industry. I was the lead writer, project manager and managing editor for this report and for the report completed for Canada.
